Terms and Conditions

1 . Payment and Fees:

• A registration fee is required for all art displays, Home Made products, Hand crafted products, food and workshops.
  
• Fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the event is cancelled by the organizers.

2 . Registration Confirmation:

• Your slot will be confirmed after we review your registration details. You’ll receive an email with information about setup times and event guidelines.
  

3 . Setup, Stall Size and Operation:

• Table size will be 2x6 feet. All participants must ensure their displays and installations fit within these dimensions.
• No electrical points will be provided. Participants are encouraged to plan accordingly and avoid using any electrical equipment that requires power.
• Set up for stalls and displays must be completed by the specified time. Late setups may not be accommodated.
• All displays, stalls, and installations must adhere to the festival’s guidelines and safety regulations.
• In case the event is postponed for any reason,stall bookings will be automatically transferred to the rescheduled date.

4 . Waste Management:

• All participants are required to manage their waste responsibly. Stall owners must ensure their area is kept clean and free from litter throughout the event.
• Waste disposal bins will be provided at various points, and all participants must segregate waste into recyclables and non-recyclables as per the guidelines.
• In line with our commitment to reducing plastic waste as much as possible, we strongly encourage participants to bring reusable alternatives for any disposable plastic items they may require, such as cutlery, containers, and bags. Let's work together to minimize plastic use and keep our event sustainable.

5 . Event Participation:

• Children under 10 years old must be accompanied by their parents.

6 . Liability:

• The event organizers are not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of items. Participants are responsible for their own property.

• In the event of a cancellation by the participant, the registration fee will not be refunded.
